Hi,

first of all, I`d like to mention that I really like and appreciate, this concept of open communication. It really does makes you stand out as a company.

I am really interested in purchasing the Green Tea Toner, which I´m hoping will help me with sebum production reducement and balancing the T-zone after cleaning.

However, I am a bit concerned with two ingredients - ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/vp copolymer, which is to my understanding a form of microplastic, even though a liquid one- and -

disodium edta, which is enhancing the absorption of the other ingredients. I am concerned of the two working together, the disodium making the skin absorbing a synthetic liquid.

Could you provide me with some more information on that regard/ concern? It would be deeply appreciated.

Thanks for any answer in advance,

with kind Regards from Germany.

Hi

First of all, thank you for your interest and inquiry about our company.

Our green tea toner is an excellent product for reducing sebum production and balancing the T-zone after cleaning.

You wonder about isodium eda and ammonium acryldimethyltaurus/vp.

Ammonium is an ingredient that controls viscosity. The Dysodium EDI component prevents microbial formation and increases product stability.
It's a component that increases absorption. Both of them are not stored in the body, so you don't have to block your skin, so you don't have to worry about them!

Thank you for asking me again, and if you have any other questions,
Tell me.

Thank you.

Thank you so much for the quick and detailed answer! It is deeply appreciated and took my concerns, even though personally, I am hoping for a future Green Tea Toner without the Ammonium acryldimethyltaurus/vp :) I have another question, does this toner also help with restoring the skins ph- level after cleansing?
ISNTREE
Dear customer:)

It contains 80 percent of the green tea extract from Jeju.

These green tea extracts can help with skin oil and water balance.

Thank you for your inquiry.
