After I have submitted my order and made payment, I received an email notification that I have been refunded and that my order has been cancelled. What are the reasons? Are the products out of stock? Are you temporarily not delivering to the U.S.A.? Unfortunately, I am unaware of any USA vendors selling a range of your products that I regularly use.
